Great Lake Ophthalmic Repair Service, LLC (G.L.O.R.S.) is an Ophthalmic and Optometry equipment service and sales provider. Opened for business in January 2006 by Owner, Operator, and Master Repair Technician Jim Kaiser. Mr. Kaiser has over 28 years of hands-on experience and has acquired certified training by some of the industries equipment manufacturing leaders.
We are located in central lower Michigan and provide services to all of Michigan, and most of northern Indiana and Ohio. We pride ourselves on our commitment to rapid response to calls and turn-around times on repairs. We understand how important it is to have, and keep all of your instruments and equipment working at peek performance and accuracy.
We offer a full 90 day warranty on all repair labor and the manufacturers warranty on all repair parts and new equipment.
